FAQ

Everything about ordering custom donut boxes — and if your question isn’t here, just call or text us.

Ordering

What’s the minimum order?
Our minimum is 250 boxes for standard full-color printed or kraft-stamped styles. Smaller sample runs can be quoted case by case.
Is there a maximum order size?
No. We regularly produce runs into the tens of thousands for franchise-wide packaging rollouts.
Can I order a sample before a bulk run?
Yes. We can produce a pre-production proof so you can approve the physical box before we run the full order — ask us for terms when you request your quote.
Can I mix box styles in one order?
Yes. You can combine styles — say a Full-Dozen for the counter and a Mini for sampling events — and the combined volume counts toward your price tier.
Can I reorder later and match my last batch?
Yes. We keep your artwork, box colors, and die-line specs on file, so reorders match your previous run exactly and move faster.

Design & Artwork

Do you charge for mockups?
No. Mockups are free with unlimited revisions until you approve. You only pay once the design is signed off and production begins.
What artwork files do you need?
Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, or PDF) are ideal. If you only have a photo or a PNG, our designers will recreate your logo print-ready at no charge.
I don’t have a logo — can you help?
Yes. Send a reference — a photo, a sketch, or even a description — and our designers will build print-ready artwork for you.
Can you match my brand (Pantone) colors?
Yes. We offer custom Pantone matching on both box color and print so your donut boxes match your brand exactly.
How many revisions do I get?
Unlimited, and always free, until you approve the mockup.

Production & Shipping

How long does production take?
About two to three weeks from approved mockup for standard styles; full-color printed runs sit toward the higher end of that window.
Do you offer rush production?
Yes. Rush is available for a grand opening or a firm event deadline — tell us your in-hands date and we’ll confirm what’s possible.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide across the U.S., and internationally on request. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is quoted with your order based on quantity and destination. Because boxes ship flat, bulk orders are economical to ship.
Can you ship to multiple addresses?
Yes. Provide a distribution list with your order and we’ll split the shipment across locations — common for franchises.
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
We make it right. If an order arrives defective or does not match your approved mockup, we remake or replace the affected items.

Pricing & Payment

How much do donut boxes cost?
Bulk pricing is by quote; typical ranges run from about $0.35 to $1.60 per unit depending on style and decoration, improving as the run grows. Each product page shows its range.
Why don’t you list exact prices?
Price depends on quantity, box style, color, and decoration method. A quote is the only accurate number — and we return one within a business day.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, ACH bank transfer, and purchase orders for established organizations and franchises.
Do you offer a price-match or lowest-price guarantee?
Yes. If you have a comparable written quote, we’ll match or beat it — that’s our lowest-price guarantee.

Product & Care

What colors and finishes are available?
Kraft Brown, White, Matte Black, Pastel Pink, Baby Blue, and Mint Green, with custom Pantone matching on request.
Is the box grease-resistant?
Yes. Every box uses a grease-resistant liner or coating so oil and glaze don’t soak through to the outside print.
What are the boxes made of?
Grease-resistant kraft and corrugated paperboard — sturdy enough to hold a warm dozen without sagging, and soft enough to fold flat for storage.
Are the boxes food-safe?
Yes. We use food-safe inks and liners throughout, and the board is recyclable and largely compostable depending on your local program.
How do I store unassembled boxes?
Keep them flat in a dry area away from direct moisture. Properly stored, they hold their print and shape indefinitely until you pop them up.
